Birth Time Rectification Valerie Plame
I became intrigued to rectify the birth time of Valerie Plame after the news of the civil suit filed on July 13, 2006 by Joseph and Valerie Plame Wilson against Vice President Dick Cheney, Lewis Scooter Libby, and Karl Rove (and other unnamed senior White House officials) for their role in the public disclosure of Plame’s classified CIA status on July 14, 2003.
Since there is no known birth time for Valerie Plame (born April 19, 1963 in Anchorage, Alaska), I began by studying the Solar Arcs and Transits in 2003 for such a mighty, mighty life event. In 2003, transiting Neptune was oppose natal Mars (Feb ’03, rx 8/03, 12/03) with one Solar Arc: SA Mercury semisquare Mars (exact in June ’03; Mercury symbolic of communication and information)! In 2003 natal Mars was under attack and so was Plame’s identity!
Therefore my thoughts for rectification of a birth time suggested that Mars could either rule or be positioned in the 1st house of identity or in the public 7th (Neptune dissolving her “cover”). As well, tr. Saturn was square Venus and Jupiter in 2003 (Venus or Jupiter could rule her career/status 10th).
There are few known life events for rectification of Valerie Plame’s birth time, but enough I believe to come up with a strong possibility. Here’s what we know:
1. Plame graduated Penn State University in 1985, and sometime thereafter began working for the government. Her husband was quoted as saying, “My wife’s ability to do the job she’s been doing for close to 20 years ceased from the minute Novak’s article appeared; she ceased being a clandestine officer.” Another quote stated, “A CIA veteran with 20 years of service.”
“Close to 20 years” suggested that she began her work in the CIA around 1987’ish…and sure enough in 1987, SA Pluto was oppose Jupiter with tr. Pluto square Mars!!! This certainly supported the measurements in 2003 with tr. Saturn square Jupiter (ruling the 10th) and tr. Neptune square Mars.
Based on a few other significant life events, I have rectified her birth time to 3:26 AM with the Ascendant at 11 Aquarius 20, and the MC at 19 Sagittarius 27. That birth time places natal Mars (11 Leo 13) precisely conjunct the Descendant, co-ruler of the 1st house (using Placidus; ruler of the 2nd using Koch). Therefore if Plame began her CIA work in 1987, tr. Pluto was also square her Ascendant!
2. In 1997, Plame returned to the US to work in CIA headquarters. She also met her husband Joe Wilson in Washington D.C. in the early part of 1997: tr. Neptune was square the Sun (r. 7th) and tr. Jupiter conjunct her Ascendant.
3. She married Joe Wilson on April 3, 1998 with tr. Uranus’ first conjunction to the Ascendant (March ’98), SP Moon oppose MC (Feb’ 98), and tr. Saturn conjunct the Sun (r. 7th in May ’98). I would have liked to have seen tr. Uranus conjunct the Ascendant in 1997 when she returned to the US, but it just couldn’t fit when we see the enormous angular transit activity in 2003. As I studied things further, SA Mercury was oppose the MC in July 1996, possibly signifying receiving news of her relocation and return to work in the US. As well, a New Moon (SP Moon conjunct SA Sun) was exact in November ’96. This satisfied me for her move back to the US, meeting her husband soon thereafter, etc., etc.
4. At a press conference on October 28, 2005 Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald was asked if he knew whether Libby revealed Plame’s covert status knowingly; he responded: “Let me say two things. Number one, I am not speaking to whether or not Valerie Wilson was covert. And anything I say is not intended to say anything beyond this: that she was a CIA officer from January 1st, 2002, forward. I will confirm that her association with the CIA was classified at that time through July 2003.”
Whether the date of January 2002 is significant or not, I do not know however that year tr. Saturn was oppose the MC (new start; June ‘02) with the SP Moon oppose the Ascendant (November 2001).
5. With a birth time of 3:26 AM, the events of July 2003 which blew away her cover, her identity, show the following angular activity: transiting Neptune would be conjunct her Ascendant (2/03, rx 8/03, 12/03) AND transiting Pluto conjunct her Midheaven (2/03, rx 5, 12/03)!!! Support from Solar Arcs show SA Mars square the MC (Oct ’02), and SA MC square the Sun (r. 7th; Dec ’03).
I decided to look at the synastry between Plame’s horoscope, the US chart (July 4, 1776; 2:13 AM, Philadelphia, PA; Asc 7 Gem 14), President Bush’s horoscope (July 6, 1946; 7:26 AM, New Haven CT; Asc 7 Leo 07), and Vice President Cheney (January 30, 1941; 7:30 PM; Lincoln, NE; Asc 2 Vir 55). I nearly fell off my chair! Here’s what it amazingly revealed: The US Midheaven (13 Aqu 38) is exactly conjunct Plame’s rectified Ascendant (11 Aqu 20)! The US Mars (20 Gem 57) is precisely conjunct Plame’s IC (19 Gem 27)!!!
Bush’s Pluto-Mercury-Ascendant (at 7 to 10 Leo) is exactly conjunct Plame’s Descendant (11 Leo 20)!!! Bush’s Uranus-Node (19 Gemini) is precisely upon Plame’s IC (19 Gem 27). Not only that (and regardless of rectification), Bush’s Mars is precisely conjunct Plame’s Pluto in her 7th house (9 Virgo), and Bush’s Pluto conjuncts Plame’s Mars (10-11 Leo)! With the double emphasis of Pluto with Mars, the suggestion for this planetary combination is extreme force, attack, brutality!
Dick Cheney’s horoscope shows Mars (17 Sag 45) conjunct Plame’s MC (19 Sag 27), and his Sun (10 Aqu 48) conjunct Plame’s Ascendant (11 Aqu 20)…perhaps illuminating her identity???!!!
